Your tier is set automatically by cumulative lifetime top-ups. Bronze at $0, Silver at $1,000, Gold at $5,000, Platinum at $10,000, Diamond at $50,000. The moment your total crosses a threshold, every future unit is priced at the lower tier and stays there, there's nothing to subscribe to and you never drop back down. Diamond customers pay 50% less than Bronze on every unit, forever.
No. Appeak is pure pay-as-you-go. Top up a wallet (minimum $10) and spend per unit. The loyalty tiers reward total spend with lower prices, they aren't paid plans, and there's no recurring charge anywhere.
Yes. Every order is delivered as a daily drip, so if you cancel mid-campaign the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your wallet, no support ticket needed. Wallet balance can be withdrawn at any time.
