How payment works.
Your tier is based on cumulative lifetime top-ups: Bronze at $0, Silver at $1,000, Gold at $5,000, Platinum at $15,000, and Diamond at $50,000.
No. Appeak is pure pay-as-you-go. Top up a wallet (minimum $10) and spend per unit. The loyalty tiers reward total spend with lower prices, they aren't paid plans, and there's no recurring charge anywhere.
Only the undelivered portion of a cancelled or unfulfilled order is refunded to your account balance for future orders. Delivered units are non-refundable. Reviews, ratings, and installs removed or lost within 10 days of delivery qualify for free refill instead. Account balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your original payment method.
Yes. Google Play units are cheaper than App Store across the board, because Google Play is easier to fulfill at scale. Every unit type shows both prices in the table above, for whichever tier you select.
Yes, $10 is the smallest top-up we accept. From there you can place orders of any size that meet the per-unit minimums (5 units for installs, ratings, and reviews). Most first orders run $30 to $60.
Retail is the self-serve account anyone gets on signup, with full access to all five unit types and the loyalty ladder. Business is for resellers, agencies, and distributors running campaigns for multiple clients, with an API key + webhooks, sub-account billing from one wallet, custom per-client pricing on request, and a dedicated account manager.
