Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information.

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed copy of your password. If you sign up through a third-party provider (for example Google), we also receive the account identifier and profile information that provider shares with us.

App and campaign data.

When you add an app or place an order, we collect the public store identifiers (Apple App ID or Google Play package name), the keywords, countries, and stores you are targeting, and the volumes and pacing you have requested. We use this information to deliver the Services and to provide rank tracking and analytics.

Payment information.

When you top up your wallet, our payment processors (Airwallex for cards, or a USDT settlement provider for crypto) collect and tokenise your payment details. We never store full card numbers or private keys on our servers; we only retain transaction identifiers, amounts, and status.

Usage data.

We collect technical information about how you use the platform — including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser, device type, and approximate location — to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

• To create and operate your account, deliver orders, and provide rank tracking and analytics
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and reconcile billing
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, security alerts, and material product changes
• To diagnose technical problems and improve the performance and security of the platform
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following situations:

• With service providers (payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) that help us operate the platform. They may only use the information to perform the service we have requested.
• With supplier partners who fulfil the install, rating, or review activity you have ordered — limited to the minimum information required to deliver the order.
• With Apple and Google when interacting with their public APIs (for example to query store metadata or check live rank).
• With legal or regulatory authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Appeak, our users, or the public.
• With an acquirer or successor entity in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We protect your information with industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes. Connections to the platform are encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and audited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements. Order, transaction, and rank-tracking history is retained for as long as is necessary to provide historical analytics in the dashboard.

You can request that we delete your account and associated personal information by writing to hello@appeak.net. We may retain a minimal subset for legal, fraud-prevention, or tax reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Our infrastructure is hosted with reputable cloud providers, and information you provide may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses) to protect your information during such transfers.

We use a small number of essential cookies (for example to keep you signed in) and aggregated analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

The Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active customers by email or via the dashboard. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Policy was last revised.
